Fit Gain: Combine muscle building with fat loss through a balanced approach of resistance training and cardio.

This program is suitable for all levels.

There are movement demonstration videos included in each session so you can always see exactly what you are supposed to be doing.

Of course! You can message our team at any time through the Fitr app. You also have access to a community group where you can connect with others on the program.

You need access to a bodybuilding facility with the standard equipment. If you follow the Fit Gain track you will also need access to cardio machines.

Each session will last up to 90 minutes.
