Yes! All sessions will include workout notes regarding how they should be performed. In order to create the intended stimulus of the workout, movement progressions have been included for all sessions and certain skill sections will include video instruction. If you do not already, then we highly recommend checking out your local affiliate as you can't beat one to one coaching when learning new skills.
We understand that members who follow our Classic program may have local throwdowns or competitions they aspire to complete in. If this is you, get in contact with one of our coaches at least 8 weeks prior to the competition and we can advise you on the best course of action. We will always include competitions such as the open in our programming and the blocks leading into these will be written around them.
You will be able to view one week of the program in advance and you will always be able to review any previously completed blocks.
We recommend that you take a deep breath, relax and focus on recovering optimally so you can rejoin when you are ready

QHP Classic incorporates all modalities of fitness to improve your strength, endurance and gymnastics through structured and progressive programming. Anyone can sign up and with focus and determination, you will see great results.

Yes! On our Classic program every block will include a video from our coaches that will explain the focal points, targets and how to approach it. Each session will have an explanation for the intended stimulus for the workout and what to do if you need to scale any movements.

To follow our Classic programme you will need the equipment that comes standard in any CrossFit Affiliate or gym. This would include a squat rack, barbell, weight plates, dumbbells, bench, pull-up bar, air bike or bike erg, rower, ski erg, GHD, treadmill or a place to run outside. You may also need more specific equipment such as a jump rope, ab mat, wall ball, d-ball or sandbag, and resistance bands. This being said we do provide substitutes on the program for those pieces of equipment that are more specific. Our ebooks each require different pieces of equipment so review the product description for the specific details. If you follow individual programming the coach will write your program based on what equipment is available to you.
Once you have completed your purchase, ensure you have downloaded the Fitr client app via Google Play (Google store link) or the Apple store (Apple store link). Login with your credentials and you will be able to view your program for the month ahead.
