Functional
Our Functional program consists of two tracks;
Classic and Classic +.
Whether your goal is to compete at higher levels or simply master every movement, our functional program provides the structure and support you need to succeed.
Classic consists of one 60-90 minute session per day and provides you with all the tools you need to progress consistently and achieve your goals.
Classic + is for those who are more experienced and are looking to train specifically to compete. It consists of additional work from Classic that is preferably, but not necessarily, to be performed in a separate session.
The training you will complete is based on the systems and successes we have had over years of coaching and competing at all levels from first competitions to world championships.

Both tracks consist of "levels" which include multiple weight and movement options to ensure all abilities are catered for.

There are movement demonstration videos included in each session so you can always see exactly what you are supposed to be doing.

Of course! You can message our team at any time through the Fitr app. You also have access to a community group where you can connect with others on the program.

You will need to have access to all equipment that is usually available in a functional fitness facility. Such as a pull-up rig, rings, bars and plates, dumbbells and kettlebells, medicine balls, boxes and preferably, but not necessarily, cardio equipment such as rowers, bikes and ski ergs.

This program is delivered through the Fitr app.
