  • For those with a moderate level of experience with resistance training and cardiovascular activity. There are no technical movements included in this program so if you watch the movement videos and take your time this program is suitable for anyone.

  • There are movement demonstration videos included in each session so you can always see exactly what you are supposed to be doing.

  • Of course! You can message our team at any time through the Fitr app. You also have access to a community group where you can connect with others on the program.

  • You will need access to a functional fitness facility where you can perform various resistance activities with dumbbells, kettlebells and barbells. Preferably access to a sled and conditioning machines such as rowers and bikes.

  • Each session lasts up to 90 minutes.

  • This program is delivered through the Fitr app.
