We prioritise rest and recovery with weekly restorative yoga flows to soothe your body and mind, while providing expert guidance through access to our experienced coaches for support and advice. You’ll also enjoy community connection by joining a group of like-minded individuals and receive weekly suggestions to enhance your overall well-being. All of this comes at an affordable price, making it easy to invest in your health without breaking the bank.

  • Anyone from beginner to advanced can benefit from The Daily 30 as there are movement options for all abilities.

  • There are movement demonstration videos included in each session so you can always see exactly what you are supposed to be doing.

  • Of course! You can message our team at any time through the Fitr app. You also have access to a community group where you can connect with others on the program.

  • Minimum Recommended Equipment :

    - 1 Weight (Kettlebell or Dumbbell)

    - A Box / Step / Bench that you can jump or step onto

  • 30 minutes from start to end. Including your warm up.

  • This program is delivered through the Fitr app.

  • You will always be able to see 7 days ahead.

  • Of course. Inside the app, click on the "person" icon followed by the "my programs" tab, and from here you will be able to cancel any subscriptions you have
