FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH

Physical strength is the measure of a human's exertion of force on physical objects. Increasing physical strength is the goal of strength training and that is exactly what this programme does!

Functional strength was written by Coach Andy with the specific intention of developing hypertrophy, strength and power.

This programme is 9 weeks long, consists of 5 sessions per week and high in volume, meaning good recovery strategies are needed to maximise its potential.

Expect your lifts to go up, strict gymnastics to improve and, like all those who have completed this programme before you, to set new PRs on your clean, clean and jerk, snatch and back squat.
