Unlock your potential with our 8-week advanced 5km running program! Tailored for experienced runners, this program features three focused training sessions each week, plus two optional recovery runs to help maintain your fitness and prevent burnout.
Session 1: Distance-based intervals designed to boost your speed and enhance your performance.
Session 3: Longer distance intervals that improve your body’s recovery capabilities while building speed over extended distances.
Session 5: Timed intervals that focus on heart rate and Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE), combining aerobic base work with threshold training for a comprehensive understanding of pacing and stamina.
With a dedicated test week in Week 8, you'll measure your progress and set new personal bests.
