MUSCLE UPS (BEGINNER)
MUSCLE UPS FOR BEGINNERS
This program has specifically been created with the athletes in mind that are either yet to achieve a ring muscle up, or lack consistency and the technical proficiency to link reps together. This program has been written to create strength and reinforce good habits that will allow you to be more efficient.
Each session is 30-40 minutes long and is designed to be added on to your regular training, either around your current program or before/after your classes.
The program is 6 weeks long and consists of 2 sessions a week
