Durable shoulders is an accessory programme designed specifically for those looking to strengthen and stabilise the shoulders and surrounding muscles.
This programme is 8 weeks long and consists of 3 sessions per week, each of which include video examples to ensure you perform the exercises safely and correctly.
Durable shoulders is written to be used in addition to your existing training regime whether you are an elite level athlete or every day gym goer.
