Elliot is from Kidderminster, England and first became interested in coaching as a teenager at school. As part of an initiative to keep him out of trouble, he was required to assist the physical education teachers with the junior school PE lessons. He chose to study Sports Coaching at University and during his time there, started Crossfit, realised his passion for fitness, and hasn’t looked back since.

Jamie is from Dunedin, New Zealand and has performed at the highest level in every sport she has competed in. Gymnastics was where she first developed both her athletic and coaching abilities, competing for the National team and then, at the age of 14, coaching some of the junior gymnasts.

Antony is from Warrington, England and started his health and fitness journey as a personal trainer in 2010. During this time he found Crossfit and fell in love with the sport of fitness, leading him to open CrossFit Faction in 2011.
