Full Body Base

By QHP Training

A base can be defined as a structure to be used as the foundation or starting point for something. In training, building your base means to create a solid foundation on which to build, preparing your body, your muscles, tendons and ligaments for what is to come. The better your base, the better you progress.

Full body base was written for Gemma Atkinson as the first block of training with her coach Elliot. The purpose was to build Gemma’s body to be able to easily withstand a 5 day long trek through the Scottish Highlands and it did just that, plus a lot more!

The programme is 8 weeks long and consists of 5 sessions per week which will take anywhere from 30-90 minutes to complete including a warm up and cool down. All sessions have video links to a movement library where you will be able to view the correct techniques.

If you want to transform your body and create a strong and healthy foundation for the future, then this programme is for you!

Pursue your potential.
