QHP Classic is written for those who love training.

QHP Classic is written for those who love training and and want to improve consistently!

The main aim of our Classic program is to make you better, no matter your existing level and has already proved its capabilities in getting athletes results such as competing, getting a first muscle up or personal bests in their lifts.

Whether your goal is to compete or to be able to Rx all movements, this is how we took the next step as athletes and is, what we believe to be, the best step forward from doing classes at an affiliate.

The Classic program provides 90 minutes of training per day and will work for you, regardless of your current ability level or goals, as it includes movement progressions, video demonstrations and daily explanations on workout intentions.

Expect to touch all components of fitness every week and be challenged but still supported.

Programme Overview:

  • 6 Training sessions per week (1 of which is "Cardio Day")
  • 1 Full rest day per week
  • 45-90 Minutes in duration (including warm ups)
  • Video-based Movement Library
  • Movement progressions for all levels
