Compete
QHP Compete will get you ready for your next competition.
QHP Compete is a "fit year round" program that works in training blocks to make sure we are spending adequate time to improve weaknesses.
Expect to complete multiple sessions per day, the longer of the two lasting up to 120 minutes.
Each session includes workout intentions and time references so that you can modify any reps or weights from their "levels" as needed to make sure you maintain the intended stimulus
Programme Overview:
- 2 Sessions per day x 5 days a week
- 1 Single Session "Cardio Day"
- 1 Full Rest Day
- 180 Minutes in total daily duration (including warm ups)
- Video-based Movement Library
- Workout intentions and time references
