Compete in the sport of fitness!
QHP Compete is written for those wanting to train to with the purpose of competing in functional fitness events!
Under one program you have the option of following two tracks;
- 1 session per day
- 2 sessions per day
The training you will complete is based on the systems and successes we have had with individual clients over years of taking athletes to the highest levels.
Each session includes workout intentions, “athlete levels” and time references so that you can modify any reps or weights as needed to make sure you maintain the intended stimulus.
