Classic
QHP Classic is written for those who love training. We started doing CrossFit in 2012 and have grown up with the methodology. We have seen its potential to change lives in the affiliate and have also been lucky enough to compete at the highest level as part of Teams and as Individuals. This program bridges the gap between the affiliate and a competitors program. It is how we believe anyone of any level can continue to develop their athletic ability and have fun doing it! Use it to improve all components of fitness and become a fitter and healthier version of yourself or, if you want, compete. We believe this program could get anyone to CrossFit Quarterfinals level. All of this comes in one session in up to 90 minutes per day. The program will work for you, regardless of your current ability level or goals, as it includes movement progressions, video demonstrations and daily explanations on workout intentions. Expect to touch all components of fitness every week and be challenged but still supported.

Classic Plus
This program is for those who want to compete in CrossFit. QHP Compete is a "fit year round" program that works in training blocks to make sure we are spending adequate time to improve weaknesses. The only time the program is periodised to build to a competition is every January in the lead up to the CrossFit Quarterfinals. Expect to complete multiple sessions per day, the longer of the two lasting up to 120 minutes. There will be no scaling options provided but there will be suggestions on how each section should be approached and the time domains intended. We believe that you should only follow if you can already Rx all movements in a decent volume. There will be workout notes such as intentions and time references so if you choose to adjust the workout you can base how you do so on these comments.
